A Baby MOT is a physiotherapy assessment of your baby's early development. A top-to-toe check for conditions such as:
- plagiocephaly
- torticollis
- obstetric brachial plexus palsy
- hip dysplasia
- congenital foot presentations
Recommended over 6 months to 5 years
This assessment aims to address concerns for developmental progress, gait or lower limb alignment concerns such as:
- developmental delay
- in-toeing/ out-toeing
- flat feet
- knock knee/ bow legs
Recommended for 5+ years
A thorough, paediatric-specific musculoskeletal assessment to identify the potential cause and address conditions such as:
- anterior knee pain
- Osgood-Schlatter's
- hip pain
- ankle/ heel pain
- back pain
- hypermobile joints

We offer specialised paediatric rehabilitation services to help children with a range of injuries to regain strength, flexibility and joint range of movement to facilitate a return to sports and activities. Includes conditions such as:
- patella dislocations
- ankle sprains
- muscle strains
- post fracture management

We provide individualised rehabilitation plans for babies, children and young people. We will adhere to post-operative guidelines from your surgeon with an aim to return your child to normal daily activities, school participation, clubs and play! Surgeries such as:
- sternocleidomastoid release
- surgery for hip dysplasia
- ACL rehab
- Scoliosis surgery
- post fracture management

Pilates offers a range of exercises to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. It can be beneficial to improve balance, co-ordination and enhance mental awareness.
This can be offered with the use of equipment such as gym balls and resistance bands.
It can be provided as a 1:1 or for family groups as Hazel has completed training across both children and adults (including ante/ post natal Pilates.
